I am a first-year PhD student in Warner Graduate School of Education at University of Rochester, advised by Dr. Raffaella Borasi. I work as a research assistant at Center for Learning in the Digital Age (LiDA) . My work also continues in collaboration with Dr. Brinnae Bent at the TRUST Lab at Duke University.
I am an interdisciplinary researcher working at the intersection of humanistic inquiry, education, data science, and AI systems. Before beginning my PhD, I spent more than six years in the education technology industry across curriculum design, product operations, and product analytics, and I am also a certified program manager. My academic path is similarly interdisciplinary, with a BA in English, an MS in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL), and an MS in Data Science.
I am always open to collaboration on human-centered approaches to AI, especially questions about how people interact with, learn from, and make sense of AI systems. Please feel free to reach out if our interests overlap!
